This isn't the place for you if you like to sleep well at night.

the pool, bar, balcony, etc

the staff being exceptionally slow at their job or shouting at customers. also people are up all night drinking and partying so good luck getting sleep.

The room was surprisingly quiet and the shower was hot. The air conditioning in the room did work.

It reminds me of an old council flat. Very much in need of a renovation. The balcony door had a handle missing so could not lock it. No remote control for the TV. Mattress needed replacing. The hotel is located opposite to hostel.

For one night, it was Okay...

-Balcony view -small room but efficient, clean and nice decoration on the wall -Good breakfast service -Good location

1-Check out at 10:00 , so early!!. I v asked for 11:00 which was allowed. 2- I had to pay the room while check in. Before even entering room nor at the end of my stay. 3- This zone is not a parking friendly one. No hotel parking available. I parked in an expensive parking just in front the hotel. I asked in reception if there would be a discount, The answer was no. At least hotel could have negotiated with that parking in front for a preferred tariff for it's clients. 4- It's a busy hotel, many clients !! and at reception they seemed to have enough of this! yes we were there for one night only, but it felt there was lack of good service at reception. Lack of Hospitality standards! 5- we were three people in one room. I asked for three beds..they were all together not separated. One smaller in the middle.however, They were comfortable. 6- very limited small soap bags in bathroom, two soap bags of few millilitres for three poeple. Not even one each. For sure we couldn't count on this to take our shower or wash hair. It s a by sea hotel, it s mandatory to partner with a good soap, shampoo provider and even high quality products. Few towels were missing. 7- Lifts are in bad condition

Nice stay. However wouldn’t return due to the pool and quality of rooms. Was not as described in description and photos.

Nice hotel, staff is friendly and food was good. Goog location.

No parking place. Near Parking cost 30 e/ day. Near by is 15 e/ day public parking. Hotel wall is really thin, every voice hear.

Great hotel that meets the price

Great price and location with a perfect tasty breakfast; perfect.

Sadly, we had very noisy neighborhood rooms. It's not surprising that there was some noise in the hotel, but the neighbors really exceeded it.. I approached the neighbors about this several times.

Clean room but basic

No fridge or tea/coffee facilities in room. Not over friendly bar staff. I was only in the hotel for 10 minutes having a beer when I was approached by a manager who asked me what I was doing here in an aggressive manner! I replied I'm having drink while showing him my wrist band! He again asked why I was in the hotel! I said I'm obviously staying here! He then moved away without apologising! Plus you have to put a 1 euro deposit on a plastic cup before you get a drink! What a joke is that to save the staff from collecting them. Food is very poor choice and the worst I've experienced in all my visits to Spain.

You get what you pay for.

Staff friendly and putting up with some difficult clients. Prompt action of Security Staff.

Sun loungers a disgrace, broken ,old and only 30 for nearly 200 people.Pool small. Misuse of all inclusive by the younger generation which led to the arrival of police on several occasions ,and fighting.

Good value cheap break

Staff were polite and helpful. Room was clean with maid service each day we were there. We had no trouble sleeping so the beds must have been comfortable. Food was fresh with a good selection. We were only there 2 days on a half-board basis so don't know how repetitive it is if staying longer. Good location, only 5 minute walk to beach front and 10 minutes to town, though it is uphill on way back from the beach which may be difficult for some. Good selection on bars and restaurants nearby.

The room was very dated, but I expected that from reading the reviews. It was clean and had what we needed so that's all that mattered. Walls are very thin and so you can hear a lot of what is going on in adjoining rooms. Drinks are very expensive at the hotel bar. If you like to drink at the hotel then All Inclusive is a must. Very small pool area with limited beds.

Not somewhere I would take my partner it’s basic and tasteless

I’m not sure it was anything special 3rd year on the run and nothing has improved

Relaxing

Hotel has good amenities like swimming pool, indoor games etc to spend time and socialized with other tourists. Location of the hotel got all the brownie points (close to bust stop, beach and the fort)

Room was of decent size and room telephone was not working and for any assistance we need to go to hotel reception.

Felt it was lacking in many areas and needs a lot of money spending to make more comfortable.

Location and view

Lack of entertainment, what we had was just a dj. Food could have been more varied and breakfast was dull along with lack of butter just waxy margarine.
